To start the commissioning process, reach out via email, phone, online DM or through the website's contact form.
Provide some basic details about the project, such as the location, size of the wall and any initial ideas or themes you have in mind. Smaller projects can be designed, agreed online and turned around quickly. Large projects require more planning.
Consultation: This can be done in person or virtually, we can arrange a meeting to discuss your vision in detail, explore your goals, the message you want to convey and any specific elements you would like to include.
Site visit: When necessary, a site visit can be arranged, this allows evan to see the space, take measurements and understand the surroundings. It is also an opportunity to to discuss how the mural can interact with its environment.
Design proposal: After gathering the relevant information Evan will create a design proposal, this will be a first draft design, a detailed description of the concept and an estimate of timeline and costs.
Approval and Agreement: Once the design is edited and finalized, we move forward with an agreement, this will outline the scope of work, timeline and any other important details. A deposit is typically required to secure the project.
Creation Process: With the agreement in place, the creation process begins, this is usually several days or weeks . Evan will keep you updated on the progress and involve you in any major decisions, additions to the mural and changes can be discussed.
Completion and review: When the mural is complete we will do a final review together. Video footage of the painting process can be shared. The final step, particularly for outdoor work, the mural will be varnished with protective lacquer. All that is left then is to enjoy your new artwork.
